Shipping will be via Royal Mail post within 2 working days of order being placed and payment received for UK deliveries only.

Return Policy and Guarantee
For purchases through this website only. In the unlikely event you wish to return the book we will refund without question if you contact us within 14 days of receipt of the book to request a return address and returns form and provided the book is returned in its original unmarked condition. We will refund within 7 days of receipt of the return provided it is in a resaleable condition. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Our Guarantee: We are so confident that the techniques work to improve grades that should you follow all of the techniques in each section of the book and your grades have not improved from the levels you were working at before purchase. We will refund in full including postage provided you send us copies of the before and after grades and copies of the work undertaken by following the book in full.
